Joanne Flood, CPA, is an author and independent consultant on accounting and auditing technical topics and e-learning. She has experience as an auditor in both an international firm and a local firm and worked as a senior manager in the AICPA's Professional Development group. Joanne received an MBA Summa Cum Laude in Accounting from Adelphi University, a bachelor's degree in English from Molloy College, and an MLS from St. John's University.

While in public accounting, Joanne worked on major clients in retail, manufacturing, and finance and on small business clients in construction, manufacturing, and professional services. At the AICPA, she developed and wrote e-learning, text, and instructor-led courses on U.S. and International standards. She put her certificate in instructional design from Columbia Teachers College to good use by producing training materials in a wide variety of media, including print, video, and audio, and pioneering the AICPA's e-learning product line.

Joanne combines her talents in content design with her technical background to create books that are written in plain English and contain user-friendly graphic designs, making highly technical material accessible to all.

Good product - poor shipping
I can't sell these to customer's in this condition. The shipper failed to use any type of stuffing/protection in the oversized box so the books moved around in shipping. The covers a d pages are bent as well.as a few pages are ripped. This is unacceptable.

I can't sell these to customer's in this condition. The shipper failed to use any type of stuffing/protection in the oversized box so the books moved around in shipping. The covers a d pages are bent as well.as a few pages are ripped. This is unacceptable.
