- Reviewed in the United States on December 25, 2023Excellent story continues. It’s interesting how these all wrap around each other. I enjoyed Ronan Cole and was not surprised he showed up, just the timing that was peculiar. The love story is wonderful and the drama of the whole situation is certainly mind bending. I was a bit surprised that there is still more to the story.

This series is amazing because it does keep you on your toes
This one had a little more flaws for me than the rest. I didn’t read any real interaction between Cayla and the others to make me appreciate the mother daughter and even the father daughter aspect , to be honest if they replaced the sex scenes with more scenes about the interaction with Caylas parents I would have like this a lot more
Also I wasn’t a big fan of how Tor went all “I will take on the cartel myself”BS. As a mom I can understand the author wanting to show a mother will go through anything but the way it read, to me , was just her being dumb and idk if that was because I didn’t see a mother daughter relationship
Besides that I loved the unexpected twists, the new characters, the scenes that show the corruption within the government, as a whole it’s take me and my feelings on one hell of a ride and I love it
- Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2017If I could give this book more stars, I still don't think there would be enough to represent my love for this story and these characters.
Going into this book, I had my concerns. I was happy where Wrath had finished - and selfishly I did want more Jude, but how could he possibly live up to my expectations ?
But I'm a bloody idiot! Of course this book was going to be awesome, how could it not be! Stevie and Lauren truly bring out the best in each others writing. Their creation of this world and characters is really the perfect storm. They manage to keep me guessing with every turn of the page.
What I wasn't expecting was to be so emotional throughout this book. I think I experienced every possible emotion there is ! I was laughing one moment, then angry and frustrated, but then my heart broke and I became teary again only to laugh on the next page!
For me Jude will always be the start of this show, but holy hell did Tor step up. She has always been one of my favourite heroines for her willingness to fight for what she wants and believes in. She refuses to be a victim. This book shows a whole new level of Victoria. Talk about a bad ass!
The surprises in this book put a ridiculous smile on my face, and without giving anything away I am MEGA excited for whatever comes next.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 26, 2019The series has been great 👍 wishing the characters had more good times ahead of them, guessing Jude will become a crime boss next? Maybe abduct Tor's sister next? I guess book 4 will reveal my answers... This team of writers are fantastic together, always give star writers to me. BOoKCOVERS: ** I must say however; why do they write about a blonde as Tor and the darkest hair on the book cover to represent Tor? **
Well, War book #4 is next so it is on to that book now! 😀
Have a safe holiday weekend everyone,
where a lot of undeniable drama will be in this upcoming read....
If you like drama, crime bosses, alpha men and the women who love them, and dying female leads this book is right up your alley! Enjoy!
😠 VERY BAD MEN coming your way- what would you do in Jude and Tor's position?
P.S. Bad language & sex of course, 18+ readers

Where do I even start with these last two books. The wrong series is just.....everyyyyyyything!
I love Jude, I love Tor, I love Marney, I love Gabe and I love Camilla. Brutal love is my description for them all. Bad ass-ery in every single character.
I thought this series was over after book two. They gave us all our happily ever after for Jude and Tor and I felt settled. To be honest, when I started Wire, my thoughts were- "nope, no way can they make this story any better. They may ruin this perfect story".
Let me just tell you, it was gut wrenching, heart stopping, panic induced drama and love. I found myself begging for relief near the end as I didn't think I could handle anymore. I'm still in recovery.....
These ladies have a way with words that sing to me. I have only read this series and I'm already obsessed with their flow.
With that said- go get the wrong series, NOW!
Happy reading,
Xo Nic
- Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2018I’ve put this book off long enough. It’s been in my Kindle since its release but I couldn’t stand the thought of Jude and Tor’s world being torn apart. Their world is far from normal and never will be the perfect HEA. But their little slice of heaven in paradise with their sweet baby just made me feel like they’d had enough and deserved their anonymity.
But peace and anonymity were not in the cards. He’s made too many enemies. And cartels and mob bosses are coming at him from all sides. He’s valuable and Tor and Cayla are...expendable?! They’re reacting in the heat of the moment, anger and panic and the need to protect their innocent little girl. Many mistakes and lies and secrets. And BAM!!! I knew it was too good to last. I’m cursing the authors right now. Time to dig into War to see if what I read is really true. It just CAN’T be!!

5.0 out of 5 stars I may have had a few choice words calling both authors not so nice names!
Well FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!
That ending!! I may have had a few choice words calling both authors not so nice names!! I mean come on!!!!!
He's back!!!!! After a few years of normalcy Jude and Tor's life takes a turn for the worse.
We left them blissfully happy with baby Cayla and now the past is catching them up. It starts with a bang! We follow Jude and Tor through some of the worst weeks of their lives. Jude will do anything for his girls. He tried to get out of the life he had but now he has no choice but to go back to the life he once knew in order to protect them.
Tor thought the past was behind them until it arrives back with a vengeance in her own back yard. Tor loves Jude to the end of the earth but if anything happens to her baby, nothing, not even Jude will stand in her way of protecting her.
Where to start!!! This is so action packed i got heart palpitations!! Edge of your seat, bite your nails, soil your undies, gripping story. We have the Cartel, we have the Russian Mafia, we have drug lord allies, then we have Jude!! The infamous Bookie that is sought by all. Jude is a major commodity and this is why everyone want's a piece of him. Unfortunately this is his downfall.
Loved Jude in Wrong and Wrath. This book see's him a little shell shocked shall we say. He thought it was all over but now he has to get back to his old ways. I love how protective he is of his girls. He'll die for them both. Nothing is off limits. I also loved to see him break a little. I can't wait for the next book because i think there will be no holds barred now! He has nothing left to lose.
The chemistry between Jude and Tor is always simmering and this book is no different. He craves Tor and she's addicted to him. Both of them together will kill or be killed to protect Cayla. There's plenty of heat and passion between them but you can also feel the helplessness they have at their situation.
Tor is pretty badass in this book. She surprised me to be honest. The scene where she fights her way out of an ambush is ahh maaa ziiing!! Go Tor!!! I think Cayla is her strength and brings out a whole other side to her.
The story had me turning the pages so fast my app couldn't keep up!! I was desperate to see what happened next!
As usual with these authors it was beautifully written and almost poetic in nature. They make you care for someone who maybe you shouldn't.
The supporting characters are drawing me in. Gabriel is intriguing and i can't wait to find out more about him. Also the illusive Russian Ronan... what's his deal?? I need to know!!!!
Just brilliant!! If you loved Wrong and Wrath you will gush in numerous panties over this!!!
Bring on the next book!!!
Is it done yet?
Now?
Can we read it yet?
COME ON!!! HURRY!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Dark romance
Enjoyed this book very much. I like the novels with an alpha male. Mind you I'm not interested in an alpha male in my normal life.

5.0 out of 5 stars I seriously cant srtop reading!!!
Urmmmm, wow, I don’t know where to begin.
So I finally got around to reading this series, I’m currently questioning why I didn’t read these before (coz I’m stupid is the best I can say). Well, once I started I couldn’t stop (hence the same review for the whole series).
There are so many twists and turns in this series I swear I have whiplash.
This all starts when on guy can’t pay a gambling debt and basically offers his girlfriend as collateral… This spirals in all sorts of directions as a result.
I laughed, I cried, I got a headache trying to imagine if I was in this position what would I do?
Jude, the bookie, never expected to have a woman dropped on him instead of the money he expected. Hes not happy about it either.
Tor, a doctor living a pretty good life until her boyfriend does the unspeakable. Nothing can ever return to normal, although, what once was normal now seems boring.
Several dead bodies, strippers, whores, drug lords, crazy Russians and cartels later and I have a book hangover!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Less compelling than first 2 volumes
I really enjoyed reading the first two volumes having previously read and hated the story of Ronan and Gabrielle which I thought was a stand alone series. The two main faults for me were the horrible characters of Ronan and Gabrielle, so it was quite surprising to find Gabrielle in this book with some possible humanity. The other main problem for me was.the lack of good plot in the first volume but perhaps it would have been more evident if I had read this book first.
So far as the plot in this particular volume goes, while it is exciting, I was bemused by the total lack of communication and trust between Tor and Jude leading inevitably to what appears to be an unhappy ending. I shall read the final instalment to see if all is as appears since the promise to read the end of Tor and Jude's story suggests that the ending of this volume was misleading. I live I'm hope since I do.like an HEA.

5.0 out of 5 stars Eeeeek
Omg have waited patiently for this book and my goodness it did not disappoint. Tor is as always stubborn and sassy but you have to love her. Loved the plot had me so hooked I read the book in a day. Was a bit concerned with Jude he seems to have gone a bit soft in life! Certain parts in the book I was waiting for the hard core Jude to appear but it didn't really happen, felt Tor had took his roll. Don't get me wrong I still loved the book but having read the first two Jude was to me very different, the very alpha male. I understand where the writers are coming from with him being a family man now but did miss his ways. However I literally cannot wait for the next book was a tad excited to read.....to be continued.
