About the Author

Tabitha B. C. Abel DrPH, MSN came to USA from the UK in the 1980s. She has spent 40 years as a midwife and clinical nurse, a college instructor and in public health. Dr. T, and her husband Gary, are active members in a small church in Southern Oregon. They have six children and ten grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys training for road races, singing and playing the piano, freelancing and public speaking on healthy lifestyles and living a real Christ-centered life without regrets.
