I love the main characters in this book and I was glad that the He was not indifferent to the H and the chemistry that they shared. I liked the open dialogue about sex even though I felt the H was putting to much pressure on herself by trying to ignore her feelings albeit phydical to her. Loved the humor loved the sparing. Will read again and again. And I will recommend as one of great Harlequin reads.

This was an enjoyable book. I found both of the characters interesting and the chemistry was real. I would recommend this book although there were a couple of snags for me. The first is that the hero really seemed to be too distrustful of women and their motives and I felt concern over whether that would hamper a happy life together. I also thought they needed more time together to make falling in love believable. While they had met before the book started, it was clear that it was only one evening. The book itself takes place over only about four or five days, which really isn't enough.

This is a great little story with a misleading title. The main characters have great chemistry and wonderful dialogue so who cares about the name of the book? I loved the way the author built the tension and I couldn't quite work out how she would resolve the standoff, but it worked out and I loved the ending. It's definitely a keeper for me.

Captivating is how I would describe Sarah Morgan's Capelli's Captive Virgin as it's one of those love stories you'll want to read from beginning to end in one sitting. Their chemistry leaps off of the pages.

Lindsay is a relationship counselor who's had first hand experience because she witnessed her parents fail and blame everything on her young sister who also made some bad decisions when it came to men. And she has a problem; she hasn't heard from her sister Ruby and has flown to Rome where Ruby is working for the billionaire Alessio Capelli. She dreads seeing him because they somewhat have a past. While the sisters were in Rome they were approached by a gang and it was Alessio and his brother Dino who saved them. Now Ruby is with Dino, is missing and Lindsay is frantic. She also dreads seeing Alessio again because of the sensual tension which vibrates between them and she is the only woman who ever walked away from him.

Alessio is a divorce attorney and very good and rich one with a reputation going from one woman to another and making it clear he doesn't do marriage. He also only represents men. Now he is faced at seeing the only woman who has ever walked away from him and on top of everything she's a pain because of her being so opininated on relationships, love, commitment etc. He tricks her into taking her sisters place as his personal assistant and going with him to the Caribbean to work a high profile divorce case. Then tension simmers between them and they act on the passion between them. Their bantering was amusing and their passion amazing.

There were many ups and down to this wonderful love story like Lindsay coming to terms with how's she's dealt with her sister, acting on the passion with Alessio knowing nothing will come of it and leaving him when she realized she loved him and that love would not be returned. For Alessio the realization he actually liked this woman, shared more with her than any other woman he's been involved with and actually shared past family secrets with her. It's sensual, fun at times especially their arguments, romantic and just an incredible love story.

3.0 out of 5 stars An average romance novel

Lindsay is a marriage counsellor who distrusts passion and believes in love. Alessio Capelli is a divorce lawyer who believes in passion and short affairs only. When Lindsay agress to work for him on a trip to a tropical island to save the job of her sister who up and left with her lover, sparks fly and neither can deny their mutual attraction. But is it just passion, as Alessio claims, or can there be more?

This book has its good moments, in particular in the second half, but when they were still constantly bickering about love or passion after half the book, it got on my nerves. All in all, this is an average book with a misleading title (she's neither captive nor a virgin). I wouldn't recommend it but would say that there is potenial and a few nice scenes.
