    i love the packaging of this item. it was well organized and well wrapped.. the book is sooo useful. i think everyone should read it. the size of this book is just right, the papers as well.

    It is not a bad book, but all the information I wanted really was not informative for me. It has a short nutrition section, but was not too helpful except not to get other conditions with the ones I already have. Great book for someone who just wants to read about fibromyalgia in short form

    I have not read the book as yet, but I am sure it will do be great too see the healing about FIbro, As I have it, it will work for me

    It's the exact same material that everyone with fibromyalgia already knows. I'm not really sure what I was expecting...something not in the "duh" category I suppose. But this was a big let down. I skimmed it and still wasted my time!!
