    I have several of the "Cake Mix Doctor" books, and am delighted to have a mini version on my Kindle. The recipes are great; they are easy to make, the ingredients are widely available, and the finished cakes are delicious and have broad appeal. With the Kindle, I can bring it along to the supermarket and check to see if I need any ingredients for the recipes. For those who have not tried any "Cake Mix Doctor" books, this is a great start.
