Look into the Lives of Our Most Beloved Celebrities—After Their Deaths

For the first time, beloved psychic Sylvia Browne reveals how cherished stars are using their talents since their deaths. Which celebrity is working on a cure for cancer? Which musical legend has been composing and sharing songs with a young musical prodigy here on earth, unbeknownst to the future performer? And which two stars are eternal soul mates? From longtime regrets to newfound passions, Afterlives of the Rich and Famous includes everything these deceased stars—including Princess Diana, John Lennon, Marilyn Monroe, and many more—most want to share.

By channeling her longtime spirit guide, Francine, Browne gained unrestricted access to a dimension most of us can only imagine, one where telepathic communication is the norm and everyone occupies their healthy, thirty-year-old body. Afterlives of the Rich and Famous is a book that no one else could have written, and a must-read for every fan of this extraordinary assembly of celebrities.

I thought that this book was inspirational! First, it gave an account of what happens to us at Home, in the afterworld! What she says about cocooning and Scanning makes sense. After my grandmother died, I knew she couldn't be with me right away and now I understand why!

I am 3/4 through the book and I am enjoying hearing about all the celebrities. As the others said, I hope there is a sequel. I thought that the description of Michael Jackson's afterlife was too short! I didn't get a true account of what he was doing up there! May be, it's too soon. He only passed away 2 years ago. I would like an update! I would also love to hear about celebrities, such as Michael Landon. He also passed away too soon and I am very curious to know what he is doing. Of course, if there is another book, Elizabeth Taylor should be included, as well as Gary Coleman, Lucille Ball, Jackie Gleason, Audrey Meadows, Art Carney, George Washington, Mozart, Shakespeare, etc. I would be very intesterested in knowing about the individuals I listed and also Jon Erik Hexum!!!

I understand that Elvis was re-incarnated. I would love to know what his new name is on Earth and I wonder whether or not his parents have any inkling of who he was in his previous incarnation!

It would also be interesting to know what happens to regular people, once they pass away. Of course, that would be difficult because noone would know them. I just like to know how they select their vocation in the afterlife, whether or not to re-incarnate and etc.

Overall, I couldn't put the book down! I still found it sad that some people were taken away from us so abruptly, but I'm glad they are happy and have found their true purpose in their Afterworld!

Thank you for creating this book!

Confession -- I ordered this book thinking it would be a "guilty pleasure" much like paying for one of those trashy, celebrity-focused magazines that flood the newsstands. I tend to read a lot of spiritually-oriented books, and/or "good" literature as a change of pace from the highly material world I live in day-to-day. So choosing this book -- on the strength of its title -- was a deliberately indulgent act. You should also know that I wasn't familiar with Sylvia Browne (I know...what rock have I been under?). So, fully expecting to roll my eyes at "celebrity news from the other side", I started to read.
I now humbly retract all previous comments and submit that I enjoyed every page in this book. More importantly, I believed it. Why? I'll just say that the information "rang true" for me on a visceral level. This physical and emotional response has never failed me in life, so I trust in this reaction to new information. The active, richly complex life in "heaven" that Sylvia Browne describes is one we can all look forward to. Which is helpful and actually quite thrilling when you remember, in the words of Ram Dass, "We're all just walking each other Home." This is a great read. You'll have to decide for yourself if you believe it's true. I for one do. Thank you Sylvia!

I have read many of Sylvia's books. This one was my first Kindle, and I had it read in only a few days. There were a great many famous people old and new, from Katherine Hepburn, Cary Grant, Dean Martin to Health Ledger, Michael Jackson and Princess Diana, just to name a few. Fascinating, informative and it gives you food for thought. The first chapter was a quick review of some terminology and that was a nice refresher. A very quick read, most enjoyable.

I thought this was one of her best books ever! I could not put it down. I am a member of her church, Novus Spiritus, and thought she beautifully explained life after death and what "Home" is like. I really hope this will be a series. She really showed what a loving and forgiving God we have, not someone to fear. And death is nothing to fear either, when you know what waits for you when you return home.

This was very interesting and I enjoyed it. It was a fun read as well. I saw Sylvia in person at Virginia Beach and enjoyed seeing her, listening to her and loved her sense of humor. She seemed down to Earth - as well as informative of the other side. I enjoyed it. Sylvia has now passed and was eager to go to the other side so I hope she is reading these reviews now and then in her busy afterlife. We, on Earth, miss her but she has left a wealth of good books for us to enjoy. Thank you Sylvia.

A good book to read. Very personal stories shared in this book. It is enlightening about afterlife. Very touching, in many places. Should be read with respect for the departed ones, and not as
entertainment.

I bought this book thinking that it'd be a decent read. What I didn't expect was the way it really makes you think about life and what's after. I'm not religious at all but I always hoped that there was something after death, that I would get to see my parents again and all my fur babies. It also makes you look back on your life and either say "well that makes sense" or "why the hell would I want to experience what I have experienced in my life!". Ms Browne and Francine are a delight to read. I would love to know the name of my spirit guide so that I could talk to them when I'm feeling low - maybe someday it will happen.
