Even a 5 year old can do these with little Help. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an activity for the kids for summer. Greatest book. require only a few ingredients and very helpful for them to learn and have fun. My 5 year old gets so excited when she gets to do a recipe. I even let her get her stuff at the store so she understands the whole process and she loves it.

My granddaughter is 7. She loves to cook and bake. I ordered this cookbook thinking it would be perfect for her. It is! She can read most of it. The recipes aren't too complicated. Since she has the book, I can't give you any examples of recipes. If you want easy this is just as good for adults.
