Up Close and Personal! Kindle Edition

It was simply by chance that Morgan Cassidy had stumbled across Riley Hanrahan—lying injured in the desert after being shot. She couldn't leave him there—but after three days in his company, Morgan was beginning to have sympathy with his would-be assassin!

Riley was overbearing, stubborn, utterly infuriating...and a walking temptation! If Morgan had been asked to describe the perfect man—he'd have looked like Riley! But getting close was easy, getting personal another matter—both of them had reasons for fearing intimacy. Only, Morgan had never felt so alive. And it wasn't fear of their situation that was making her feel that way. It was Riley....

Description from the book back cover:Getting close was easy - getting personal was not. The only thing that stood between Riley Hanrahan and another bullet was Morgan Cassidy. Riley was overbearing, infuriating ... and a walking temptation! Although both of them had reasons for fearing intimacy, Morgan had never felt so alive. I hardly ever give five stars to a book, but this is one of those times. Right from the start, the reader's attention is grabbed by the sudden interruption of the heroine's "quiet" vacation by 2 mean looking guys chasing the hero. The heroine denies any knowledge of seeing a man with a gunshot wound in his leg because she doubts very much the 2 guys are really FBI agents. after throwing them off the trail, she locates their prey & helps him to escape. The hero proves to be a real pain while she's trying to help him but that turns to mutual attraction. Both are surprised & shocked when they discover the reason behind the attempt on the hero's life. Very funny & sexy book. recommend to all!

Very enjoyable book! Adventure, romance, and a happily ever after ending. What more could you ask for? I literally was smiling for this couple at the end of the book.
