This book is well written and covers everything {coventional} you need to know about controlling anxiety. The only thing I would complain about is that there's really nothing in this book that hasn't been written before; therefore I don't reccomend this book to anyone looking for unconventional or natural cures for anxiety.

I came across this book when I was browsing at the bookstore and after skimming through it I snapped it up right away. I am really glad I did. I found alot of useful information on the types of therapy available and different ideas on how I can help myself and manage my life with an anxiety disorder. I also found the chapters on the mind body connection and causes of anxiety to be particularly useful. I really recommend this book if you have an anxiety disorder or you know someone with an anxiety disorder.
