Good Cop, Bad Cop: Romantic Suspense Kindle Edition
I would give up all the glowing adoration from my fans in a heartbeat in exchange for not running for my life. But fate doesn’t deal cards that way, and instead I find myself far out at sea and being bounced between two hot cops—one so chilly just his glance gives me frostbite, and the other showing a kindness that barely covers his own demons.
So with nowhere else to turn, quite literally, I have to trust two men I hardly know with my life and cope without the luxuries my status usually affords me. But it’s not long before I discover when the going gets tough, the tough get going. Turns out these cops are not only the wrong guys to mess with, they also have partnership skills above and beyond the requirements of their day job. And for once, while just being me without the frills, I get to discover that they are as sinfully bad as they are dreamily good in every department, and it seems, I am the one they want cuffed and controlled at the same time as they are protecting and serving.

Harlem Dae is the pen name of two authors - Lily Harlem and Natalie Dae. They have been writing together for several years on top of their individual author projects and enjoy being represented by traditional houses including HarperCollins and Totally Bound as well as self-publishing their sexy stories on Amazon.
Sexy as Hell (5* BDSM trilogy) Anything for Him (published by HarperCollins) and Good Cop, Bad Cop have all claimed the #1 spot on the Amazon Erotica/Romance charts and That Filthy Book, now available in bookshops nationwide, is hailed by reviewers as a book every woman should read. The future is bright for this writing duo.
Both live in the UK and gain great satisfaction from bouncing characters and their raunchy antics back and forth, growing, nurturing and stoking plot lines until they steam off the page and push boundaries. They consider themselves to be solitary, whacky, spontaneous and desirous for many things including perfection and are frequently caught sending messages back and forth referring to each other as Rodney and Delboy.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2013An erotic quick read. This book has some seriously erotic scenes & then some random 'action' scenes. India Moore is a country & western singer who has been receiving a few pieces of hate mail, recently they have increased in number & their threats have gotten worse. As time passes she become increasingly agitated & paranoid, so much so that when she is at dinner with friends she thinks she is being followed and jumps out the bathroom window. While running from a stalker India climbs on to a random boat & luckily for her it belonged to two cops Jose & Dillon. Jose is starstruck when his favorite country & western musician India is found on his boat, he is willing to do whatever necessary to keep her safe. His friend Dillion however isn't fond of celebrities because the ones he had to work with were too high maintenance for his taste; which made him a bit harsh with India when he discovered who she was. Jose & Dillion decide to help her even though Dillion isn't on board at first.
Dillion at the start was a little bit of a jerk because she was a case when he needed some serious down time. Then when he's faced with giving her up he decides that he rather take care of her himself.
It was good, the erotica took over the story (you will hear no complaints from me that's what I'm here for). The stalker angle was good it helped move the story ahead; giving the heroes a chance to be 'heroes' I particularly loved the Dominant in the situation & then I'm left wondering if there is going to be another story, based on how it ended. That shower scene?? Yeah all kinds of hotness.
Cons:
Although the stalker angle allowed them to meet, when it kept cropping up during the story it broke the continuity. I get it, you want to indulge in each other but with your life on the line & you have no idea who the criminal is, why not call for help?? Why not return to land where you can get some back up & take on the case more seriously? Then there is trusting this random stranger to tell them where to go?? How do you know it wasn't a set-up with more than one assailant??
The random guy we tracked them down?? India not listening & putting them all in danger?? It just didn't go with the story. I think it should have just stayed an erotica, with the action kinda taking place in the background or off stage. Putting it in didn't really spice up the story; especially because the end seemed rushed to just hurry up and get him out of the way. While I really liked the erotica/love affair, I could have done without the 'action'.
It's a good romp & a quick read. Enjoy!!
- Reviewed in the United States on September 10, 2012India Moore is a famous country western singer who has been receiving death threats that have increasingly escalated. India is frightened and starting to suspect the people around her. When she appears to be cornered by her stalker in a restroom she climbs out a window and runs for her life. She hides in a boat and is later discovered by the owners once the boat has already left the marina. Police officers Jose and Dillon are shocked to discover their famous stow-away and each has his own reaction to the pretty singer. With Jose and Dillon protecting her, can India rid herself of her nightmare and find freedom in the ability to take control of her own life?
I liked this, I love stories with a mix of intrigue and anticipation. However, it was more than a little anti-climatic regarding the stalker mystery. I felt that there was too much of a rush to tie it up so that the romance could progress further. I wish that it had been better balanced to allow both the mystery and romance to feel a little more of equal importance. I hate feeling like one has to suffer in quality for the other, which is what I feel happened here. I did like the relationship between Jose, Dillon and India. I enjoyed the sex scenes, and the anticipation and build up were well done.
All in all I still felt this was an enjoyable and decent read, and I would recommend it.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2012OMG! This book by Lily Harlem and Natalie Dae was amazingly hot! I loved the story and loved the chemistry between India Moore, Dillon and Jose. India is a country & western singer being stalked and she finally finds herself on the run. She ends up on a boat of two vacationing sexy cops - Dillon and Jose. I do love a good menage story and this story had everything I liked in it. Oh my the three of them together in the villa - hot off the charts. Lily and Natalie did another amazing job of telling the story. I could visualize with such clarity. I love reading their work. I highly recommend this book for the little menage freak in you.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2012I've read both authors before (I favor Ms. Harlem's stories), and this one was...okay. I liked the basic premise but a lack of good editing pulled me out the story often. But I'm used to that in self-pubbed books, and frankly have seen far, far worse. The heroes and heroine were pretty likable and the sex definitely hot, but I actually like some purpose to my sex scenes, and didn't always find that here. Nice suspense elements, though.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2015An interesting plot that draws you in quickly. From the start you wanted to know who is this person that stalks the young singer. The suspense started good but at times it lost the momentum and many of the characters were not believable enough.
When she hid on an unknown boat after a wild chase on the pier, just to be discovered by these two very sexy cops the story picked up pace again.
The steamy scenes were good but it bordered much on forceful sex and she had no idea what she was in for when they made all kinds of suggestions taking her as they wished from the beginning. Both had ideas of what they wanted to do to her and they manipulated her in such a manner that she just followed them albeit unwillingly. I might add the fact that she was sexually starved could cause that but I cannot see that it would happen in the real world.
Nevertheless, the story was interesting and I read it quickly. It had a nice flow to it although I would have liked more action from the stalker; he was caught just to easy.
A fun quick read that would give you a few hours of reading pleasure.

4.0 out of 5 stars Steamy romance
A steamy, ménage romantic suspense that was easy to read with great characters.
India Moore is a famous country singer, she has been receiving death threats that have been getting increasingly worse. When she has to run from her stalker, she ends up hiding in a boat and is later discovered by two hot cops who are determined to protect her.
I enjoyed this book, it has plenty of steamy moments but overall has a good storyline.

4.0 out of 5 stars Quick steamy read
I really liked it. It was great to have the contrast in personalities between the two leading men - Jose's gentleness to Dillon's roughness. I thought India was a bit weak (& a bit stupid too) at times but generally likable. Love happens really fast but who cares when the story is so HOT!
Was a good, quick, steamy read for me

5.0 out of 5 stars hot!!!!!
The story was easy to read, the characters were all really likable and omg it was hot!!! The plot did not follow the tired old formula often used and it was a refreshing change. I would definately advise you to give this book a try

4.0 out of 5 stars Two cops, one singer
I was given this book in exchange for a fair review.
Those naughty police officers! They should be sent to my room immediately!
Lily Harlem and Natalie Dae seem to always have a great chemistry going. Perhaps it's just me but I never spot which author has written which bit.
I've been struggling to come up with a review for this without giving even slight spoilers, so apologies if I fail and do mention spoilers or if the review is too short. I adore the combination of Jose and Dillon. India took me a while to like. The more into the book I got the more I started to like her. Her character develops throughout the book, in my opinion this is a very good thing else I'd be cheering on the villian. The writing is hot and steamy in all the right places. The plot whilst not their best is still interesting enough to make you want to see if your guess about the baddie is right or not.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too disjointed
I am sorry to say I did not enjoy this book it was just too disjointed the story did not flow and I could not suspend belief, I really enjoy ménage stories but I could not imagine getting up close and friendly with someone I had only just met and when I was being chased by a killer. So I will sadly not be recommending it to my friends.
