- Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2013Cruise Ships was very well written. Very complete with a lot of great photos. I got it as a gift, but went through it before I wrapped it. My friends loved it.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2016Did not realized it was just a listing of ships No interior pictures.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2012This book was a gift for my son and he loved it, arrived on time and great shape. Great job
- Reviewed in the United States on November 20, 2013I thought there would be great images inside the ships. This was a list of facts. That's fine, but should have been shared. The gift recipient was happy that's the only thing that saved the sale.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2011Anyone who writes about "the world's most luxurious vessels" and puts a photo of a Carnival ship on the cover obviously does not know what he is writing about. Carnival is the world's most mass market cruise line; there is nothing luxurious about it. They don't pretend to be luxurious. They are so successful at cruises for the masses that they bought most of the truly luxurious cruise lines and let them go after the upscale business under their own brand names (Cunard, Holland America, etc).
- Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2013Exterior photographs of boats, stats on boats, boats on boats. No luxury detailed, boats, boats, boats. Did I happen to mention that this volume is full of dull no food, just boats. Not ships. Boats.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic pictures!
This book is perfect, thank you, great statistics and fantastic pictures for a six-year-old who is obsessed with Cruise Ships.

3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting but lacking pictures.
A well researched book and as the author says one that will be added to over the years, however, whilst it was fascinating to see the ship's from the outside there were no photos of the interiors which from a passengers point of view is surely the most important part. Still enjoyable especially if you like your facts and figures. (I personally found it very interesting reading the names of the people who christened the ship's, some very unlikely people amongst them!)

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing
I ordered this for a present and was very disappointed when it arrived. Much smaller than I had expected and at least the first half of the book consisted of nothing more than pages and pages showing a small picture of each boat and a dull list of features. I had hoped the book would be much more in depth on the ships, contain far more photos and provide information which would help readers decide which would suit their holiday best. Instead this is basically the equivalent of a trainspotter guide for cruise ships.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent
The book gives much information about cruise ships and has many good photos. I think this information cannot be found in other books.

4.0 out of 5 stars Cruising
I purchased this ebook for use on my iPad and it downloaded with no problems. The book is very useful although I would had preferred a 2014 version and not 2010. Will keep a look out for the newer version when it becomes available for downloading.
