Compulsive reader of scientific publications and diehard fan of Dr. Isaac Asimov, draws and writes from what is known by people, and wrote the script of the first Brazilian science fiction webseries, "Wave Zero" (ondazero.com.br). Honored with the Lions Club International Award 2013/2014: outstanding services to the cause of Education (bit.ly/c7i-lions-2013).

Born in 1969, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, just before Apollo 11 landed on the Moon, Wagner likes to pretend that this caused him some kind of predisposition to space and the unusual, which makes the guy have this impulse to read and write science fiction and fantasy. Taking this incongruous belief as a base, he is a founding member of the Fraternity of Writers, was a screenwriter for the 1st Brazilian sci-fi webseries, Onda Zero (Wave Zero), received the Lions award for his space opera C7i, is a consultant on the award-winning anthological webseries O Outro Lado (OtherSide) and is co-scriptwriter of the also award-winning Nomade 7 series, which can now be watched on Amazon Prime Video.
