Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2014I read this book as a college student years ago, and then used it later with great success in Soc. Psych courses. Great for undergrad students, as it is very reader-friendly. And if you are a Goffman lover, you will love this ethnography.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 10, 2011This book isn't "new", it's been around for a while. It's about the most enjoyable ethnography I've ever read. Studied it many years ago in college, and I've never forgotten it. I still pick it up occasionally to look through, and it has a prominent place in my shelf of modern classics.
