About the author

Christina Daves is a PR Strategist who helps businesses gain visibility through media. After inventing a product, she had no resources left for advertising so taught herself the PR business and in her first year appeared in over 50 media outlets including NBC, FOX, Steve Harvey, Dr. Oz, and The Washington Post. To date she has personally appeared in over 1,000 local and national media outlets (including Today, Forbes, Success, local affiliates of ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and more) and is a regular contributor on Good Morning Washington.
As a result of her PR success, she created PR for Anyone® to help other small business owners learn how to do what she does every day in her own business to have similar success. Together with her clients, she has over 1 billion views and has generated over $100 million in sales from free publicity.

- Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2014This is an delightful book that will take the PR neophyte from ground zero to PR hero in its jam packed 161 pages of helpful tips, tricks and resources. Christina is a blooming entrepreneur that shares her struggles and insights that took her from knowing nothing about PR to getting on hundreds of radio shows, newspaper, magazines and even national TV. She writes in a very understandable fashion and provides story after story that will keep you engaged and informed. For the minor amount of money you'll pay to own this book, you're going to reap the benefits that could create an ROI of thousands if not hundreds of thousands in sales.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 7, 2015This book covers a wide breadth of areas where PR can be applied to your business while remaining practical and readable. Lists of resources are also included. Easy and helpful reading, it's a welcome change from other business books I have suffered.
If you're looking for a tome of PR minutia written by a tenured pipe smoker in a Harris tweed, this isn't it. It's fast-paced and the personal tone is like having someone who has "been there" simply lending you a hand.

- Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2018I have followed some of the strategies and have already secure 3 media appearance. I can only imagine what will happen once I follow the remaining strategies. I would recommend this book for any business owner that can't afford PR services but would like great DIY methods.
