Masters grew up in the South in the early eighties and always had a passion for writing. Her craft blossomed at a young age when she completed her first novel by thirteen. Eventually this pastime transformed into a seven-year career that began in 2007.

While obtaining a degree in writing, Masters was a regular contributor for The Examiner in 2012. That same year, she dispensed workplace advice under a weekly column for Spark Hire. And, she has ghostwritten several publications for the online database Scripted as well. Her work has been published in various print and online media sources.
