    Love Madelynne Ellis's books. Not predictable and they are sometimes surprising as to where she goes It is a menage but it is not gratuitous or shallow. The sex is certainly good, but that is never what her books are entirely about.

    The first book in this series A Gentleman's Wager is where this M/M/F story begins. I read that book and the sequel over 8 years ago and never forgot their story. The characters jump off the pages,the sex is off the charts hot but not gratuitous and Vaughan, so deliciously decadent, evil personified and totally unforgettable. Read this book to get ready for the next, or start at the beginning and lose yourself in a lustful romp

    I was excited to read this short story on the past of Lucerne, Bella , and Vaughn, and how they met and got together. I was not disappointed because the book went into great detail about each person and their meeting and feelings for each other. I will not give away spoilers except to say it was hot, very hot, I thought at times my reader would combust. You must read the other books in the series to get the full benefit of this book because it will enrich each character and make you want to know how their story finishes. There is another book on the way and I can tell you I can not wait for it, so please hurry Madelynne.
