    Great book! I found this book to have everything I already knew about getting into shape, but with a motivational spin to it. This woman is in great shape and not only motivates you to do the same, but provides you with the blueprint for success. She tells her own story of her struggles from coming to the US from Russia as a single mom, being away from her daughter, and gaining weight but getting a kick-ass trainer to get her into the best shape of her life. She tells other stories of her friend Diane and her struggles as well.
    What I liked was after the motivational beginning and stories, she explains exactly what foods (and portions of them) are needed to eat to burn fat, when to eat them (before or after working out) and also goes into details about the specific exercises to do to get the best "booty" you can. The exercise portion of the book not only tells you the specific exercises to do that day (alternating between two different routines that she describes), but also shows her doing the exercise so that you can ensure you are doing them correctly as well.
    I highly recommend this book.

    The book is very easy to read and inspiring! The story of an author whom I know personally is amazinly true and I personally feel mutual points as being a foreigner living outside my motherland. The ideas are which you always knew but had no braveness to express loudly but Olga did. There are many tips for being self confident and successful, morally and physically. And for me, as a mother of 8 month LO, there are a lot of very useful point for loosing weight after pregnancy and improve my body. Definitely, I will follow!

    If you’re tired of reading the same advice over and over again in books and/or on internet bodybuilding forums, it’s time you cut to heart of what really works and GET this book. It was so inspiring, and positive with simple no-nonsense instructions on how to create a life you only dreamed about. Olga states: "If you want to conquer your world, start with altering your mindset and changing how you treat your body." This book gives you a complete outline for body transformation in eight short weeks along with many entertaining and positive stories of how Olga worked thru emotional and physical discomfort, an English barrier, and tough times. She found a way which she shares with you in this book on how she changed her mindset, and now lives the life she always dreamed of having. If you’re serious about changing your body and your life, then you MUST READ THIS BOOK!!

    I really like Olga's book. She did a terrific job! Respect! I've known Olga personally for a long time and I know she knows what she's talking about. Nothing happens in this world without reasons. Sometimes we have bad time in our life BUT sports always helps us to survive. It makes us stronger, teaches us to have passion and to be disciplined. And it works. That's what happened to me. If I had been seating and doing nothing while experiencing setbacks. I would never have become a Top 5 Bikini Competitor in the 2015 NPC New Jersey State Bodybuilding Figure Fitness Bikini and Physique Championships. It was not easy, but nothing great can be achieved from sitting on the couch. This book will give great motivation for many people!

    This book is extremely amazing! It's very inspiring and motivating. This book will encourage you to attain your dream body. It teaches you on how to reach and achieve yourr goal. Having the right mindset, ability to focus and a whole lot of patience will take you a long way. This book can be the best tool to help you on your journey to success. The author did a great job in writing this book because a lot of people can benefit from it. The illustrations on this book are very useful and helpful. I highly recommend this book! Always remember that "giving up is not an option".

    If you're looking for a book that will help you not only change your body, but also your life, look no further! Olga Ahrens's book was just what I needed to get motivated and get myself off the couch. The thing I love most about the book is that it's not about starving yourself or obsessively working out like other weight loss books out there. It's about practical and healthy steps you can take to get your best body and improve your life by increasing your self-love and self-care! I can't recommend this book enough. Thank you to the author!
