Wolf started writing during an English class lesson in eighth grade and crafted his first novella one year later. Through the years, he has honed his craft, releasing his Red Jade series starting in 2015. Wolf also codes in JavaScript and has released two books on the subject.

About the Author

Stephen J. Wolf earned his PhD in science education in 2006, and has worked as a middle school science teacher since 2001. His passion for chemistry and physics was inspired by watching Mr. Wizard's World as a child, and learning that many of life's biggest and most fascinating mysteries could be explained through science.

When he isn't helping his students discover logic and wonder in the classroom, Wolf enjoys spending time with his partner Kevin, and watching Doctor Who with their two cats, Merlin and Monty. Wolf currently resides in New York, and you can visit him online at http: //www.StephenJWolf.com/.

Stephen J. Wolf is a science teacher with a PhD in science education and a penchant for fantasy books, movies, and video games. Stephen started writing in eighth grade when his English teacher challenged the class to craft three different scenes. One scene focused on a person. A second highlighted a location. And the third detailed an object. In the moment of the quick-fire writing prompts, Wolf linked all three tasks together and created his first short story. The following year he created his first novella, then expanded it to a trilogy, growing as a writer along the way.

Wolf learned JavaScript coding and created two book to educate others. "Coding for Kids: Learn JavaScript: Build the Room Adventure Game" guides the reader through the steps needed to make a choose-the-fate game, walking through a house to gather items and fix things that are broken. The setting can be adapted to a fantasy realm, a space station, or wherever your imagine may take you. "Coding for Kids: Learn JavaScript: Build Mini Apps" is another take on learning to code by creating 15 different applets.

Stephen lives in New York with his husband, Kevin, and their cats, Merlin and Monty.

When it’s a good series you just keep reading. I’ve neglected commenting or writing a review. However it’s a Binge worthy book and I’ll review it thus far. Incredible character development, cultural diversity, magic system, and wildlife. From climates, to towns, politics and everything you don’t lose sight or forget who characters are. You become invested in them. Brilliant work. I’d say more but I’ve got to keep reading the next book ;)
