    This is the fourth book and I enjoyed it. The author is a good writer, but having grown up in Long Beach, California, myself, I must admit, I'm not aware of any nearby town called Brighton. There is Lakewood, Bellflower, Downey, Gardena, Torrance, Wilmington, Garden Grove, Seal Beach, and areas that are part of Long Beach that have sub-city names like Naples and Belmont Shore. The Brighton I'm aware of is quite a bit north...near Sacramento. However, this doesn't take away from the story. I just had to remind myself it is fiction...and good fiction. I just wish there was another book...for JeanBeth. LOL 😂

    We had to wait a long time for Marco's story and it was worth waiting for. He was an a character that you were dying to know more about in the series. I loved him calling on "friends" for help and I always love humor in male relationships. It had some twists and I love the family element too. Pacing is good and the storyline had lots of action.

    I have loved the Pacific Coast Private Eyes series and have waited to see a relationship between Candace and Marco develop since book #1! I feel like I have become friends with the Gallagher sisters through their many trials. This is a family that works together, supports one another and lives out their faith! This last book is no different. I recommend Dangerous Testimony and the whole Pacific Coast Private Eyes series!

    I'm so sad to see the end come to the Pacific Coast Private Eyes series!! But Dana Mentink ended it with a bang!! After watching a horrific shooting by the hands of a local gang member Candace Gallagher has agreed to testify. However The Pack has other ideas!

    I enjoyed reading this clean Christian love inspired suspense. Dana Mentink kept me on the edge of my seat. Just when I thought I had all of the relationships figured out, I didn't. It kept me guessing for most of the book. At one point I thought Jay Rico would never be caught, but "good guys for the win!"
