Some private school kids are beyond bad! This was a well-written short story with well drawn characters. It "sticks the landing" with a satisfying ending. It's a solid short read--perfect for reading with breakfast, on a coffee break, or whenever you have a little snippet of time.

This short story is a fascinating juxtapose of good and evil, heaven and hell. It gives tantalizing glimpses of a wraith of a boy.

Very short, yet poignant story of one boy, a cherub angel with a voice of pure gold, and an unruly miscreant who played by his own rules. While one sings, as though his voice was made for that single purpose, the other stirs up trouble. In the end, a kind of tragedy ensues, unbeknownst to the angelic child. One which will change both of their lives forever.

This was a very short but well written story. I was able to visualize the setting and characters with no effort. If the author ever decided to continue this tale I would love to read more. The story continued to play out in my head, which is always a great thing. Very enjoyable.

An outstanding, quick read! Incredibly well written characters, gripping narrative about good and evil. This is perhaps (dare I say) the best short story I’ve read.
