I liked this one and have reread a couple times. He disappears and she has to step up, grow up, take control of her life and his business. She finally finds him. He'd lost him memory and, even as it returns, he has changed some, too. They have to figure out how to make it work.

This book has many twists and turns in it. The heroine was a strong young woman who had been dealt with the death of her husband on the day of her wedding. Four years later she found her 'dead' husband in a compound far from normal civilization. His memory gone due to a plane crash. Now they must work together to get to the secrets his family had hidden. Will they be able to save their marriage? What will a child do to the conflicts? Will look for more books by Caitlin Crews.

"I do not have a wife"
"The leader has no wife. His path is pure"
This is basically the first exchange between the h and her missing husband The Betancur heir. His plane went down on the day they married 4years ago when he left his new bride at the reception to complete a Business deal He was declared dead but she did not believe and kept searching until she got a lead of a Count and his followers in the Idaho mountains
This was my first HP for 2018 and the humor was great. I kept laughing especially when mention was made of him and his is "count "complex
This book was absolutely great The H was typical but a bit softer but the star of this great read was the h known as The Betancur Widow.
She was strong ,brilliant , determined and held The massive Betancur Corporations together for 4years despite opposition from her family and her In laws
I recommend this book as I have already read it a second time Congrats Caitlain Crews this is a keeper
After this I'll be on Amazon reviewing your books I have missed
WELL DONE!!

The only reason I didn't give this book a five star 4 rating was the beginning was slow and quite frankly weird. She uses a truly unique and creative way to explain why they are separated so early in their marriage. I almost did because it felt kind of contrived and fantastical. So if took longer than I liked for them to reconnect. But after that it was great. A little amnesty and melodramatic asset times but still a very satisfying romance.

What a great roller coaster ride! This story has so many twists and turns, but I enjoyed reading it. It's a must read.

This was one of the best, if not the best, HP books I've read in a while. The story was marvelous from start to finish. So unlike life some of the canned storylines - Wealthy-ruthless, baggage carrying Alpha H - naive, poor doormat Heroine. The heroine totally held her own - Without being hard or super needed. They communicated, talked out the good, bad and some very ugly. Awesome writing!

A common trope with some lovely uncommon elements. Making the billionaire's lifestyle undesirable was just the first change. For sparing us the usual buying-her-new-wardrobe claptrap I could give an extra star. For giving us an ending that shows that being redeemable has a mostly to do with effort, is wonderful. Finally, best villain/ villainess in ages.

In all honesty this book was a read I didn't want to put down until I finished it. It had intrigue, ruthless vindictive people who would do anything to gain power. It also had an awakening to love that was beyond expectation. Loved it. A great read for all true romantics.
