Amy Gilbert’s been coming to Marvin Wright’s butcher shop for years. It’s the only place her mother trusted. So she’s surprised when she discovers he has a new hire -- his niece Jody now works as his apprentice.

This story is delicious. Its a tale about a fresh out of college woman and the butcher's niece living in the midwest. It has elements of small town homophobia, overcoming challenges and hardship, a bit of romance and a fresh start for a cute new couple. Delightful.
