The Boundaries book series has transformed marriages, families, organizations, and individuals around the world, with 4 million copies sold.
Some people focus so much on being loving and unselfish that they forget their own limits and limitations. That’s why the ability to set clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. In relationships, boundaries define who we are and who we are not, which impacts every part of our lives.
From the Publisher

A Note from the Authors
Just as homeowners set physical property lines around their land, we need to set mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual boundaries for our lives to help us distinguish what is our responsibility and what is not. The inability to set appropriate boundaries at appropriate times with the appropriate people can be very destructive.
Misinformation about what the Bible says about boundaries can also be destructive. To counter such wrong thinking, this study guide and the accompanying text present a biblical view of boundaries: what they are, what they protect, how they are developed, how they are injured, how to repair them, and how to use them. As you read the book and work through this guide, you will find answers to your questions—and more. In fact, our goal is to help you use biblical boundaries appropriately to achieve the relationships and purposes that God intends for you as you grow in him.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2020This is an important book for those who are Christians but have questions or concerns about how to handle those parts of your life that may be confusing. I would suggest this to any new Christian. HOWEVER, I ONLY suggest this book if you will read this with someone else or a bible study group. It takes the reader on a heavy handed walk at looking at one’s self, therefore it is necessary for the safety of your heart to do this with some else.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2025My friends and I are all using these books to work on separately but to use to converse with each other and think through how we go through life. Great tool!

5.0 out of 5 stars Boundaries from a Christian POV
I loved this work book on boundaries. As the Christian faith teaches its following to love ones neighbour.. this book explains that setting boundaries is not wrong for a Christian and that setting boundaries is actually healthy for both parties involved. A lovely readable book with space for the readers own thoughts.

1.0 out of 5 stars Useless
I made the mistake of purchasing this book as I was looking for a resource on boundaries for my work as a counsellor. The workbook is just a bunch of biblical versus and is completely useless. Unless you are looking for a religious text, I would not recommend.
