A believer in the power of women, a reformed superwoman and a person who lives a should-free life. My mission is to live my life in such a way that it inspires women to tap into their innate power and put it back in the world, for the betterment of all. And if I can help one person along the way, I will be eternally grateful.

I thought I would be a teacher when I was young. It was so natural to me. And I did it for a while until I burnt out. Life's detours took me the corporate route for 20 years, then to a start up company and then, with a big dose of "jump and the net will appear", started my own coaching/training/speaking company in 2002. This led to opening the first of its kind Professional Women's Center, which led to the creation of The Superbwoman, Inc.

Which leads me to you. Superb. It's all about the BE.

Janet has used the fable format to create an excellent look at what it takes to be a Superbwoman. The stories of the women Bea speaks with provides excellent examples of the qualities to embrace and avoid in creating a powerful life. I like that she reiterates the components of being superb after each conversation so that the reader has them well internalized by the end of the book. The format is another plus. This will fit into a large pocket or a very small handbag and weighs next to nothing, so you can carry it around and read in small chunks if you want. Th book is wee-written, interesting, and very very useful. You'll keep it around to reread often.

The Superb Woman is an inspiring and empowering story that every woman should read. The author, Janet Neal, guided me, in a very entertaining way, to regain perspective of my super hectic life, stop, breathe and remember what is most important to me. Each chapter summarizes what the main character, Bea, learned from speaking to other woman.Throughout the book I became attached to Bea and looked forward to what Bea was going to learn and teach me.
The Superb Woman will change my life particularly when I find myself stressed.

Such a lovely read. It’s perfect for every woman that feels the pressure to have to do it all. Whether you’re 28 or 58 this book appeals to all. I read it all in one sitting but you can also pick it up at any point and read about Bea and all the other interesting women she encounters along the way!

I read a lot of inspirational books through my work. The Superbwoman is one of the sleekest, most entertaining approaches to passing along the key steps to positive personal transformation I've seen in quite a while. Bea's journey is not a straight line from darkness to light; like a bee, she soars and dips from aha! moments to wow!-not-going-there decisions. Decision is the operative word: Bea makes the commitment to take each step, one after the other, from frustration to fulfillment. So...make the decision to read this book! You won't "Be" sorry!

This was a well told story that was believable and relatable. As a recovering "superwoman" I appreciate the opportunity to pause and reflect on how I am "being" in the world.
