Kelli Reese is a certified leadership coach and author. She started her coaching practice to help high-achieving women create more trust and confidence in who they are, so they can thrive in leadership and positively impact their work, relationships and life.

She works with clients who are struggling with confident leadership, burn-out and feeling aligned.

In her research & work, she's discovered that what’s keeping talented, heart-felt women from thriving in the highly visible leadership roles they were born to succeed in isn’t “imposter syndrome”: it’s deeper wounds around shame, judgement, and criticism that are linked to negative events from their past. These unresolved experiences from things like bullying, neglect, abuse or controlling parents can create a confidence-destroying feeling of never being enough.

What she found working with clients is that no matter where they graduated from, what their title is, or how hard they’ve worked to get where they are, there’s a level of success that reveals core wounds that perpetuate the story that they’re not good enough. They end up pushing themselves through everything, because that’s how they’ve learned to get ahead – but that’s a clear path to burnout.

Through Kelli’s signature method, their confidence is restored, they trust their inner guidance, they show up authentically, and they feel more like themselves than ever before. Work stops depleting their very being and becomes a thing that gives their life deep meaning and purpose.

As a former exec, Kelli was running a $34M organization before she walked away from a seventeen-year career five years ago. The demanding role left her emotionally and physically drained. Kelli spent two years working remotely with clients and traveling the globe on a healing and soul aligning journey before she returned to the USA. She combines years of experience in business and leadership with decades of personal growth and spiritual development.

She's dedicated to helping clients reclaim their lives and once again find joy in leadership, business and life.

Kelli lives full time in an Airstream in foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California with her pug and cat. She works virtually with clients from all over the world through private coaching, group programs and retreats.

When she’s not working you can find her planning her next adventure, hiking in the mountains, hanging out with trees, soaking in hot springs, nurturing her obsession with finding amazing second-hand clothing and cooking dinner for friends.

I recently read "The Destiny Roadmap," and it really helped me begin to make a shift in my thinking, in really being able to step back and see where my roadblocks are coming up for me (for me it all revolves around fear-fear of failure, heck, I'm beginning to realize fear of success too!), what are my usual patterns that I go through when fear begins to affect my thinking? One might think that a book that has only 100 pages wouldn't pack such a powerful punch, but it does, and it does it in a way that doesn't push it down your throat, if that makes sense. Kelli Reese writes in a very down to earth way, as if she's just sitting with you, like a close friend that's nurturing you and calmly helping you through a big hurt, helping you to learn from her experiences, sharing her knowledge and wisdom. There were so many times, when reading the book, that I had to stop and reread a certain sentence or paragraph, and then just sit with it for awhile, because it resonated with me so much. It's the type of book that I forsee as being eventually very dog eared, worn, and well loved over the years, as I'll need to refer back to it, because I'll know it's gonna be soothing to my soul, and set me at least a little more on track.
I can see it being a guidebook, when I need a wise friend's wisdom.

This is a handy, easy to read guide for anyone who feels ‘stuck’. I felt like this for a number of years before I landed in my new job. While in my ‘stuck’ phase, which Kelli refers to as The Void, I did a lot of searching to try and figure out what to do next. I would have likely landed on this book, but it hadn’t been written yet! It is a roadmap that walks you through a series of exercises and questions to help get you on a path more aligned with your soul. I especially like the way Kelli talks about fear as something to befriend and partner with, and she does so in such an approachable way. Chances are, I’ll find myself in The Void again, but this time I will be armed with a roadmap, which will make the process more illuminating and joyful. It is natural and easy to be afraid when we don’t want to be where we are but are not sure of where to go next. However, The Destiny Roadmap translates that fear into a treasure hunt where we are encouraged to think and dream big. Anyone in The Void who follows these steps is likely to be pleasantly surprised at how they created the life they always wanted.

One of the first lines of this book grabbed me and shook me by the shoulders… "For anyone who has ever considered walking away and stared across the dark abyss, wondering what, if anything, is on the other side." Already, I felt this book might be written just for me. When you look at people and think... they seem so happy. How do they do that? How are they not filled with worry and fear like me? What does their inner voice tell them that's so different from mine?

What is great about this book is not only does it lay down a framework of how you can move towards becoming the best version of yourself, but it does so by example. It's not just a self-help book. It's a been-there, done-that book. This author does such an inspiring job of articulating her struggles, her realizations, and her methods of moving past a fear-based life, into one of dreams realized and contentment achieved. If you are ever at a point of making a life decision, and your first thoughts about that decision are, "But, what if..." or "I'm just worried that...", then this book is definitely for you.

I loved The Destiny Roadmap because Kelli speaks directly to the transition I am in at this very moment as I reinvent myself to be aligned with my purpose and to start doing more of the things that set my soul on fire.

This book is for anyone who has worked hard to get to where they are in life, but they haven’t quite found what they are looking for or what they expected to find when they achieved success in their careers.

I love the way Kelli gives actionable steps to take and supports it with her own journey as an example of how to navigate the journey. The order in which the steps are laid out on the Roadmap make total sense to me and are also things I can start applying to my own life right away. I also really love the way she invites us all to have a little more self compassion for when we end up on a detour from our Roadmap while offering guidance for how we can get back on track. She definitely sets up realistic expectations and her stories really resonate with me.

The Destiny Roadmap help me make sense of how I was living these past years. I didn’t even realise I was in the void, her honesty and her story helped me find clarity in the areas of my life I had been stuck for a while, in denial not finding the courage to move forward. To seeing the areas in my life where I needed to make a change but in a gentle way, that really resonated with me. I have seen a major shit in my being since I decided to really work on myself and follow many of the tools she suggested. I am very blessed and grateful for Kelli’s wisdom without her I do not think I would of made that first step she made me realise I was not alone and that the unknown was not as scary as I had made it to be. I would recommend this easy to read it will definitely help you to find the tools for the changes you seek. Thank you Kelli 🙏
