Realistic verbal exchanges among main characters. Emotional, heartwarming, romantic. Especially got a kick out of sparring between male and female leads.

Have enjoyed reading all your books in the Forever series. However noticed in this book you mention Murphy oldest brother as Luke not Brett as in previous books. ???

    Very good

I love most of Ms Ferrallela's books and it pains me to write a critical review but this was a definite miss for me. The good: an adorable 8-year old in Ryan (son of the H, Clint, and student of the h, Wynona); the h's effort to do what's best for her students; the ranch setting; and the small town aspects of community and familiarity were nice, as was the hea. The not so great: Wynona, and her cousin Shania lived together and there seemed to be a lack of respect for healthy boundaries in their arrangement. Shania often forced conversations that Wynona was reluctant to have, appeared places that she wasn't needed, and in general was annoying. Wynona's internal conversations didn't add value, especially since she generally ended up convincing herself to do something that she knew she shouldn't do. Wynona was really too smart for that. Clint was a good man but was painted as a curmudgeon early on, to the point that it seemed over the top to me.

This is not an awful book but it's not up to the very high standard that this author typically sets.
