5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent guide.
The range of Battleground books from Pen & Sword has risen in quality over the last few years and this one, plus its southern partner, is another excellent addition to the set. The author is a very experienced historian and thus the guide not only fulfils the role of leading you around this less visited area but ensures that you are fully aware of what happened during the German offensives of 1918. Hopefully these two guides attract more battlefield visitors to extend their journeys beyond the normal Somme and Ypres sites. Well worth the investment.
