The lyrical wit and the beautiful drawings make this a keeper for me. And I’m not even an obsessed fan of Pride & Prejudice! This has a permanent spot on my Christmas bookshelf.
Delivery was quick, the book was in excellent condition. There were some minor smudges on the back cover and residue from a prior sticker over the barcode. Both removed via a Clorox wipe as everything I receive now is cleaned upon delivery.

A night-time visit from Santa offered him the opportunity to change things. A sleigh ride to visit Rosings Park, the Bingley's London home & an orphanage ended up at Longbourn, where Santa explained which of the two gentleman from Derbyshire was on the 'Nice list' & who regularly featured on the 'Naughty' one. The happy couple farewelled Santa as he continued on his nocturnal round of bringing joy to many throughout the land (& beyond).
