Review from wife: What I dislike in today’s world is that everyone and their mother is a poet. I am turned off by the generic work that is out there. Jon writes with a rawness and vulnerability all his own. He shares ideas on difficult topics with kindness and compassion. The concepts found throughout this book will make you stop and think...they will invite self-reflection not because the language used is harsh, but because of the softness of tone and the acceptance and understanding Jon is able to write with. I am impressed at both his tremendous skills as a writer, as well as his resilience as a human being. This is a beautiful book and I am so very proud to have this in my collection. I look forward to reading more work from him in the future. If you want to read someone who writes authentically, from the heart ... with a vulnerability and genuineness hard to match...this is the book for you!

I've connected with Jon on various social media platforms, and, like his writing, he is amazing. I began following his work on Instagram, looking forward to his daily posts before finally ordering this book. I love how powerful many of his poems are. If you're looking for something fantastic to read in poetry, I would recommend this wholeheartedly.

To begin with Jon is such an amazing artist with his words and second he has a great heart and spills words onto paper with it, just like in this book. Great purchase to add to the collection ❤️

If you like free-form poetry, you'll love this. It's unpretentious and honest ... well-written. A good collection to add to my library of favorite poems.

This book is pure art. The poems are so short, but they leave you pondering upon them for so long that you lose track of time. Take one or three every night and if you're strong enough, let me see you read it all in a day! I'll gamble on this!
