    Great way to visit Kentucky.

Book includes recipes and festivals to attend that celebrate that particular cuisine. There is an "If You Go" section to help navigate through the festivities.

Interesting enough. I learned some things about the state of Kentucky and its recipes. However, it is a little lengthy and repetitive.

The recipes are all very good. The recipe for Benedictine Spread, which I had when we visited Louisville, is outstanding.

One DEFINITELY wants to visit Louisville, both for the bourbon tour and its culinary tour. Louisville has its own distinctive cuisine, and it is DELICIOUS. Our visit was one of the happiest vacations of my life.
