Dr. Lubomir Polascin was born in a general hospital in Stara Lubovna, Slovakia, Europe in 1971. At that time it was Czechoslovakia.

He grew up in the small but lovely village of Kyjov with seven hundred multi-ethnic inhabitants at the end of the 20th century in the northeast segment of Slovakia. He has ruthenian roots, and all his known ancestors are Ruthens (Rusnaks or Rusyns).

He commenced his general education under the support of his first teachers in elementary schools in Kyjov, Sarisske Jastrabie, and the high school in Stara Lubovna (Teresia Vansova Grammar School).

He achieved his general medical education at the School of Medicine, the University of Pavol Jozef Safarik in Kosice, Slovakia obtaining the academic title of MUDr. = Medicinae Universae Doctor = Doctor of General Medicine = equivalent to M.D. He began to work in the field of internal medicine in 1995. He specialized in internal medicine in 1998 and nephrology, and adult abdominal ultrasonography including, in 2009 at the Slovak Medical University in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Since 2001 he continuously conducts business, medical practice, and his activities as a physician in the sphere of dialysis, renal replacement therapy, and nephrology. From 2013 to 2022 he did his stuff as the Chief Medical Officer or Head Physician in the two dialysis and nephrology centers in Bratislava, Slovakia, Europe.
