I can’t say this enough, there is something about Melissa Foster’s writing; I will read ANYTHING she wants to write no matter the subject. But this Whiskey family is just the most wonderful caring and support of family next to the Braden’s. I want to Whiskeys to adopt me just so I could feel the love that they have.Jeb and Josie’s story was just something you will fall in love with. Jeb might have a rough outside but this man has the biggest heart for everything dear in his life. The way he instantly adored Josie’s son just melted my heart and his love to make Josie's life better just made me swoon over the Moon! Jeb and Josie had a past and this was their second chance to make something wonderful and give each something that was missing.I can’t wait for Dixie story; PLEASE let Dr. Butterscotch be the man for Dixie. Their flirting and bantering is filled with sexual chemistry.

Oh the healing feels in this one. This book needs more than 5 stars. I loved, loved, loved this second chance, single mom, finding your family romance. This beautifully written and expertly delivered love story will give you all the swoony swoons while also pulling at your heartstrings with all the emotions. Jed Moon has a painful past including an alcoholic mother and a record for stealing to feed his sister. One of his best memories and one of the reasons he changed his life was meeting JoJo and spending an incredible night with her. Josie is a widowed single mother of 4 year Hail. She has a painful childhood and a difficult few years since her husband’s death. She had not seen her siblings for a decade when they tracked her down. When she finally decides to reach back out to her sister, she sees Moon again. Their chemistry and attraction is just as combustible as it was during their brief time together. Moon is all in but Josie has more of a journey. As they work toward their HEA, there are hurdles to overcome, baggage to unpack, and a family to build. I especially loved Hail’s character. He was a wonderful and integral addition to the story rather than a flimsy story prop. Those are the best child characters. The story included sweet moments, steamy scenes, chuckles, supportive friends, messy families, painful pasts, and all the heart squeezing love. All of Melissa Foster’s books have a central theme of family who accept you as you are - those we are born into and those we create. The Whiskeys and the made family are the best. I am so looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Mad About Moon is a fantastic read. If you've read Truly, Madly Whiskey and Wicked Whiskey Love then you are a little familiar with Jed and Josie. Hold onto your ovaries and enjoy this second chance love of Jed and Josie. You may even need a little tissues with this one. You feel the sparks fly from the very beginning between Jed and Josie. I love how much Jed has grown since Truly, Madly Whiskey. He has turned into such an amazing caring man. I just love how he is with Josie and Hail. He has this amazing heart that shines. You will just swoon over how he is with his Young Knights projects. Josie you just watch her blossom as she reconnects with her family. I loved watching her grow stronger and stronger in this one. This is a book you need to read along with the entire Whiskey series. How can you not love Alpha bikers who get all mushy with kids, that are protective and do good deads. Melissa Foster did it again with this one. I can't wait for Dixie's turn.

This was a sweet romantic love story of two young people who meet years ago for one romantic night and did not see each other to reconnect until years later when Josie moved back home after going through the death of her husband, Brian due to a heart attack and becoming homeless with their son. The Whiskeys for her in a shelter until she could meet her sister, Sarah and brother Scotty. Bones, Sarah's husband went to the shelter and gave Josie a pamphlet that Sarah had written about her hard life. Josie had thought her siblings had abandoned her while she had to live with their abusive parents which was not the case. They were young and just barely survived but were always looking to reconnect with her. Brian had taken her away to live with him and his grandmother when she was just thirteen and her father had abused her. They had returned for a short time when she was seventeen and she met Moon at a bon fire when she went out to make Brian jealous. She connected so well with Moon and the next day he went looking for her and Brian chased him away because she was seventeen and he was twenty three. Years later he regretted not finding her but they met up again and rekindled their connection. He was a prospect for the Dark Knights motorcycle club and he volunteered to help protect her and her son and get her back on their feet after losing everything. Their love story was amazing as the Whiskeys took her and Hail under their wings as they had Moon. They fell madly in love and made a startling discovery that would have changed their lives dramatically if they knew before. In the end they got their happily ever after as the Whiskey boys welcomed their new babies to their family. and Josie , Hail and Moon became a family. Even their extended family grew as well. I cannot wait to read about Dixey Whiskey in the next release which should be romantic as she finds her true love as well.

I can’t say enough great things about this whole series. I loved getting to know Jed better and his history with Josie. It was so easy to fall in love with the man he was and the man he has become. I love that they both got a second chance at their love after so many years apart.
This series just keeps getting better and better. Each book has made you believe in the life and love of these characters.

Its no secret that I love Melissa Foster books, but I just absolutely love her Whiskey Series the most! I have been dying for Jed & Josie's story, and Foster did not disappoint me one bit. This is a standalone but I do recommend you read the previous book as you will get a better feel for Josie's situation.

Jed Moon is a prospect for the Dark Knights MC run by the Whiskey's - he may not be a Whiskey by blood but he certainly is by his caring attitude. He has a rough past but seeing a girl a few years ago lead him to change his path in life and brought him to where he is right now. When Josie makes an appearance in town, Jed cant believe his eyes - this is girl he shared one night that changed his life forever!

Josie has had a terrible childhood with abusive parents and seeing how well turned out her sister Sarah and brother Scott has turned out has left her feeling all kinds of things. She is in town to try an reconnect with her siblings after being apart for so long but seeing Moon was the last thing she expected!

Their past is entwined in more ways than one, and Josie has her son Hail to protect. Her husband and his father passed away so she lost everything, but can she gain everything with Moon?

Once again Melissa has proved why I love her characters and stories so much - she weaves a tale that you can help but get hooked on and root for the couple to make it, and in this one they make their happy ever after in a spectacular way - now I may be the only one but I called it regarding a significant story line in this book and was pleased that I was right, the subtle signs were there and looking back when you think about it - it all makes total sense!
