Surely one little weekend with the boss won’t lead to too much trouble… A Kiss and Tell romance by Jessica Lemmon.

Operation Get Over Him has just hit a bump in the road…

Breathe in. Breathe out. He’s just a guy. Addison Abrams starts every day at the office reciting that mantra so she can stop obsessing about her beautiful boss, Brannon Knox. But when someone accuses her of liking him in a romantic way, her cover is blown. She’s mortified. Even more mortifying—Brannon kisses her! What’s he trying to prove?

A weekend road trip to Tahoe should be just the thing to get him out of her mind. But when her car breaks down, it’s Brannon to the rescue. Now, she’s driving with him, by his side…and in his bed. Just for the night. Okay, for the weekend. And then they’ll be back to business…right?

“Part of living in the now is doing what’s right in the moment.”
First thing I have to say is that this book was equal parts sweet and fun. I read it so fast I couldn't believe it, and I couldn't stop until I was done with it. I love Jessica's writing and am slowly making my way though her catalog.

“Guy math. One and one equals I’m an idiot.”
Brannon may have an eye for business, but when it comes to matters of the heart he is absolutely clueless. Half the time I was laughing at him, and the other half I wanted to slap him. He is so caught up in living in the moment that he doesn't realize it may just cost him his future. Until someone calls him out on it.

“I don’t think you’re calamari.” *LOL*
Addison is such a great character. She's her own woman and so independent, but she's been lusting after Bran since she first saw him. Not that she would act on it, being professional and all – he's her boss after all. But life has thrown her a curveball in the form of car trouble, and Bran comes to the rescue.

“I do like you, you idiot!”
Once they're out of the office, and spending a weekend away, their mutual attraction kicks in, and ends up lasting a bit longer than just the weekend. But Addison thinks they have a relationship, while Bran is still living in the now. They're definitely not on the same page here, and that almost costs them everything.

"'There is no moving forward without you—not if I ever want to be happy again.'"
Once Brannon (finally) realizes what he may be missing out on, they get their happily ever after. Not a moment too soon.

Very good read. I love the back and forth between the main characters. Definitely looking out for the next installment.

Second in a series, that can be read as a stand alone. The first gave us a glimpse of both characters, so personally I like having the back story before starting this one. Jessica Lemmon is one of my favorite authors and this one didn’t disappoint. Delightful, quick read. Hot billionaire, personal assistant with a few twists along their journey. Definitely recommend!

Both Brannon and Addison were likeable characters who had an attraction to each other, although for Addi it was actually more like love. When the opportunity arises for them to forget they are boss and subordinate and spend the night together, things change. Brannon finds himself wanting more and they agree to continue having sex, but with no strings attached. And everything is fine until one of them decides they want more.

I liked the book. Wish I had read the first one but it's a stand alone book. It reminded me of her other billionaire series . I kept getting it confused. I liked the main character's strength and wanted to kick the guy near the end.

One Wild Kiss- Oh my!! Our Brannon Knox who recently wanted and failed to be engaged to Taylor Thompson in order to look like a more serious candidate to become CEO of the THOMKNOX company looks for a fling affair. Enter Addison Abrams his Executive Assistant with great looks and efficient skills…one who has had a mega-crush on him, connects to do more than just business. Did I say that her dream was to be part of a real family. He rescue’s her when her old car breaks down.. getting a good look at his backside without getting caught…and then rescues her again at the funeral of an old friend…one where they had to dress up for Masquerade funeral party and he looks really hot. But..it takes Brannon time to understand he was being short-sited when he thought he was just looking for fling…when what he ended up really wanting was a real fiancé..and that fiancé was Addie. Fun enjoyable read…something we all need more of.
