Junie Swadron is an author, psychotherapist, speaker, workshop facilitator, and professional writing coach who has spent the last twenty five years guiding thousands of students in writing and sharing their life stories.

Junie sees the therapeutic process and the creative process as one. “It is about accessing a special place within us where serenity, love, courage and truth reside. It is from this place that we begin to know our true spirit. It is from this place we begin to heal.”

What makes Junie an extraordinary healer is that she knows “both sides of the couch.” She was diagnosed with manic-depressive illness at age 19, and has lived with its disturbing challenges for over thirty years. Her personal experiences have taught her coping strategies for choosing health and wellness again and again. Junie has the natural gift of feeling another’s joy and pain inside of her own body. She has always shown sincere interest and listens with reverence when people share their sacred stories with her. She considers it an honour and a privilege.

Junie Swadron is known for helping people like you honour the journeys they’ve walked, the unique paths that have led them to who they are today. She is fascinated by the stories that make up a person’s life. And even though you’ve never met, she is sincere when she asks, What’s Your Story?

The passion the author has for you and how important your life is is inspirational. She helps you understand how you don't have to be a writer to get your story out of you head and in writing AND the more important fact: You're doing a disservice to yourself and the person out there who needs validation to understand they're not alone in their struggle when you choose to shelter your story. (life)
Even if it's just a historical documentation for family - your life matters! She helps folks get over their judgement of the past and why it's important to see it from the "outside." All your challenges, decisions, mistakes, celebrations and seasons are who you are and can be a road-map for others.
Get off the fence and read this book now!!! Spoiler alert you'll need a notebook/journal AND tissues.
