Reading this book has been an experience. It's very easy and pleasant to read, without unnecessary stories. Straight to the point and to the reality of the corporate world.
While reading this book I reflected back to my mistakes in my career and it all made sense. Really valuable information, presented in a very structural way (what is the goal/situation, why this is the case and how to approach the situations, both internally and externally of your company). At some points I felt I was given advice that I wish I had earlier in my career.
A clear buy recommendation.
