My name is Michael (writing under my girlfriend Mia's account) and I am Italian. Growing up, I learned to eat big! I got lots of attention for it even. I always laughed when I was at other people's houses that said their families ate a lot. We used to have five rounds of food (including Manicotti...which I'd eat about 10-12 of) as an appetizer! In any case, I learned to binge and, it felt good. That is, until it would catch up with me and I'd packed on 20-50 lbs! I am really grateful for this book as it provides a way for people to get ahold of, and stop, binging. And it's all in a practically written and well thought out book. This book is an excellent tool that will help people that have a problem with binging. I definitely recommend it so that you (or someone you know) can get their health back! So good!
