    I enjoyed reading this story. This story, the start of a new series, actually began at the end of the Moose Mountain series. I liked how they are tied together. There was the setting the scene for this series, which actually introduced him to his One. They both felt it, but the Spirit of the Mountain always tests the fated mates. That which comes easy isn’t valued. There is drama, a bit scary, but it propels the story forward, only adding to it. The ending was lovely, hard earned and well deserved. Looking forward to the next story.

    Rena is a bookworm and not good in social settings, she's the backroom part of her father's shop, doing paperwork etc.
    Brady is the oldest brother on Bear Mountain, he's waiting for his One, and getting frustrated that she's not appeared!
    Rena has read all of Aster's books and is really interested in the mountains, so when her father says they have a large delivery and would she help him go up to the mountains, she jumps at the chance.
    The first person she sees is Brady and she gets funny feelings in her tummy, butterflies and a thump, thump, thump. What is happening?
    Brady also feels some odd feelings, is this his One? How are they going to manage with Rena helping her father, and keeping an eye on him down in the valley and Brady can't leave the mountain for long.
