- Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2023Ready for Romance
Formulaic and predictable. I'm getting tired of heroines who will not speak up for themselves, and oblivious heroes who are so passive. I like Macomber because her romances are "clean (no graphic content)."
In a humorous aside, at one point the protagonist, Jessica, is invited to a barbecue on the love interest's family estate.
The outfit was described as "...a long denim skirt, a red shirt covered in rainbow fringe, white cowboy boots, and an elegant white scarf."
Jessica may be "ready for romance," but she sure as heck is not ready to dress herself.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2023I really enjoyed both stories but I didn't expect the second story to be written by someone else. I love Debbie Maxi her stories. Her characters are great and easy to follow. The story line was very good. The second story at first was hard to figure out. As I read it. It got better and more interesting. I enjoyed the second story more than I thought I would.
