When I open up a Kandy Shepherd book I know I am going to fall into a story that is beautiful and filled with emotions, has fabulous heroes and heroines, beautiful settings and I know I am going to finish it feeling so good, of course I do love a Greek hero and Stefanos is probably one of the best I have met yet, come along for a journey to a gorgeous HEA.
Claudia has been working hard with her best friend Kitty with their packing business PWR, although hospitality was the dream job for Claudia things changed a few years ago and now staying put in London and staying away from men is her life, but when she arrives to start a new job packing up a home she is stunned to find Stefanos, her first love standing at the door.
Stefanos is moving back to Greece after his archeology work, he has hired a company to pack his home up but never expects Claudia to be knocking on his door the beautiful girl he fell in love with ten years ago on Santorini, when she was a teenager, he a young man of twenty, while she worked in a bar during the summer, although she broke his heart he never forgot her.
Both are stunned, it has been a long time since they were together and neither has ever really forgotten their pasts, they cannot ignore the spark that is still there and a very sensual day spent together ends with consequences, having a baby is the last thing that Claudia ever thought she wanted but has different thoughts now and when she tells Stefanos he whisks her away to an island in Greece for ten days where the spark grows but will they re-discover the love that neither has lost for each other? A lot has happened to them both in those ten years, can they put it all behind them?
I loved this one so much, Stefanos is just the best hero and Claudia the most beautiful and caring heroine and together they are perfect, love is what they both need and deserve, if you love a good second chance romance than this is the one to pick up, no romance reader will be disappointed, you are sure to be left smiling and sighing.
