- Reviewed in the United States on January 24, 2023This book was great. Lots of energy in it. I seriously didn’t want to do anything else. I read it all the way through. Yep the whole way! I would of loved a longer ending but the story couldn’t continue on and one. I’d love for him to do a series of the different victims and each of their story!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 5, 2022This is a very strange book. I normally do not like to talk much in my reviews about anything that happened in the story because I like the readers to discover things on their own. So, I will truly try to say some thing without giving anything away. Loved the way the book started. Then I started almost skipping through parts of it because it seemed so far out there. Then I started thinking with the way the world is today who knows how the rich enjoy themselves these days. You gotta kinda like sick in order to get through this, I mean disturbing at times. I always cheer for the underdog though as you are to do in these kind of stories, unless you are a psychopath. Lol😉. It does become quite the page turner and I liked the ending. I even enjoyed it more so by reading the rather long blurb at end of the book. It truly adds to the book and you get to know the author better. This is the first I read by this author but will read more by him. There may be triggers in here for sexual assault or abused victims. So, I hope you learned a little more without learning too much by my review. I truly hope you give it a try, I'm glad I did.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 3, 2022I’m not so sure I really enjoyed this book as much as the ones I have read through Kindle Unlimited. It was not boring by any means, but the story was a little bit far fetched for me. It started out great, but then throughout the book as I was reading, I was finding myself getting a bit angry. It was a bit horrifying what happened to the main character.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2022Terrifying! While I know this is a work of fiction
I can actually believe it could happen today in this crazy world. The ending made me sad, and I wish there had been
consequences for a couple more of the people involved.
Overall it was an excellent read.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2022Do you think a person must be mad themselves to come up with the crazy things they write? They surely must have an extraordinary imagination. This book had me so tense I couldn't get to sleep. I only had seventy or so pages left so I've finished it at almost three AM. That tells you something about it I suppose.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 27, 2022Never read this author before, but premise was intriguing. Had to stop a few times due to actual concern what would happen next! Lol. Needed to brace myself! Was a really great story and am going to follow this author and read more!

The Husband Trap (2022)
This is my review of The Husband Trap.
Liam, a dog trainer, has just proposed to his eight-month pregnant girlfriend, Emily, and she gladly accepts to his delight. Rocky, their Jack Russell also wanted to be included in the celebration.
Emily suggests to Liam to go and pick up some beer for himself to celebrate their engagement, even though she couldn’t drink, so he races to a nearby store to buy the supplies.
But on the way…Liam gets abducted and is drugged…and wakes up to a nightmare.
On a large estate in the middle of nowhere, Liam wakes up in a stone cell with the doors and windows locked, greeted by a butler with guards watching over him. He finds himself the object of a woman’s twisted affections—The Lady of the House.
He was a boy toy for this crazy rich sociopath woman. She was looking for love.
Liam needs to escape as their baby is due in a week.
Will Liam ever escape and recover the life that was stolen from him—or will this prison be the last place he ever sees?
This well-written dark psychological thriller, with well-developed relatable characters had me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. Highly recommended!
Many thank to the author and Bloodhound Books for my digital copy.

This is fantastic thriller of a man being caught by a woman that want him or obsessed with him. The story starts off with a romantic Prospal by Liam to the woman he loves that excepting their first child, Liam puts on a suit, and it was so sweet. I enjoy read of the happiness of Liam and Emily. Then something horrible happens on his night of bliss. Evil woman steps in the journey of Liam and Emily moments. I have to tell you this is so good. My emotion was invested inside this storyline. 5.0 out of 5 stars WOW
WOW what an amazing read The Husband Trap a psychological thriller by N. J. Moss was.
Liam has just proposed to his girlfriend Emily after being together for several years. As Emily is heavily pregnant at the time she wants Liam to celebrate with an alcoholic drink so she sends him off to the local store in order for him to toast his proposal.
Unbeknown to Liam this short trip will be his last trip for quite a long time as a female sociopath, Madeline Pemberton who has set her sight on him and he is abducted in broad daylight by her henchmen.
Liam has no idea where he is after he had been blindfolded and drugged. He has now woken up to a living nightmare which he may never wake up from.
This was a book I could not put down as Liam is put through mental and physical abuse by Madeline as she wants to take the place of Emily in Liam's heart.
This thriller leads to a crescendo of turmoil for both Liam and Emily.

3.0 out of 5 stars A cruel plot
I have to admit I wasn't that keen on this book, firstly finding the plot a bit much with the kidnappings at but the amount of times he tried to escape and the guard never helping until the end. The ending too I found disappointing. An ok read.
