"The Duke Who Dared" by Tammy Andresen is a jewel of a book. It has a heroine who was born illegitimate in a world that would never accept her because of her parent's "sin."
The hero was an unloved child of unhappily married parents who were basically unavailable to each other and their son.
The entire plot moved furiously along with a villain and a lot of action. I thoroughly enjoyed this adventure and give this 5 stars.
