I'll be honest, I wasn't sure I'd enjoy this part as much. I love families together and stories taking place in the same location as the others because I love keeping the connections from previous characters. I was wrong in this case. This was an amazing story!
Hank and Ella Mae…Sigh…. I can not pick a favorite couple from this series because each story gives you something different. I love this!
Will only say that this was one heck of a ride. Hank has always just kind of been there and I've wondered often what he would be like in the spotlight lol and that happened in this story in more ways than one. I felt every single emotion possible while reading this. I cried, I laughed, I fell in love, and I Wanted to not only throw my kindle but also smash it more than once. This gave me the family aspect in a whole different way. Hank surprised me, coming through loud and clear as another strong, caring Bennett man. I loved the interactions and dialogue between him and Ella Mae and completely connected with each very quickly. Not going into too much more, I'm afraid I'll say too much and this story needs to be read with no spoilers.
Country music is one of my top music genres so I appreciated the references and themes. I loved this story…It was impactful and dealt with some current day issues, making it real for me.
Anxiously awaiting the next in the series, Love Becks and can not wait to see where her story leads her!
This author is so amazing, I've read all but one of her books and I have it ready to go after finishing this review. I truly want them all on my bookshelf!

After I heard the author’s original song, I Wish I’d Known (Brotherly Love), that goes with the book; however, it was a for-sure 5 stars because the song deserves a half star of its own.
