Congratulations to Martha Carr and Michael Anderle for this amazing series. It’s extremely hard to find such intexresting and exciting authors who not only write intelligently but also provide top rated plots, characters and excitement in the stories. I’m really looking forward to the next book.

Norah knows something is going on with a dark witch and the mermaids, but is not sure what is it. When she and her friends decide to investigate, her brother goes missing and things go sideways for her agency. I am enjoying the mystery in this series and really like the characters and am looking forward to the next book for more adventure and answers.

Not my cup of tea. But I know there are those who worship the maniac and chaotic themed lifestyle as Romantic and invigorating. There are those who feel large amounts of planning and order is stifling and that a story (or real life) without a dizzying array of surprises and unforseen drama is lifeless and dead.

If that sort of frenetic confusion with a very thin and slowly developed plot thread is what makes you happy...then this series for you.

Poor Norah!

Everything seems to be going from bad to worse, for both her family life, and her business, in this book.

Not only has her brother, Quint, disappeared out of the blue, but her Agency goes from bad to worse, when she starts investigating his disappearance, and gets on the bad side of almost everyone else that she hasn't already offended...

Between her unexpected trip deep into the Ocean, and meeting someone she definitely didn't expect to, there, life is taking a turn for the worse that she could really do without, right now!

But, as she tries ever more crazy ways to try and find her brother, to get him back and to also stem the tide of the few clients she has left, from leaving her agency, she also has to deal with losing her wand to the Police.

A girl's wand is definitely special to her - and not to be handled by anybody else!

The ONLY good thing about all of this craziness being inflicted on Norah, is that Clio has finally forgiven her!

As usual, this book is full of craziness, fun, and some very weird, and very dark, goings on, and I can't wait to find out exactly what the vermillions are planning!

To do that, I need to go to the next book of the series - that's book six: 'Take One' - so I'm off there, immediately and, once I've read this next chapter of the whole story, I'll catch you on the flip side, to let you know what I think about it all!
