I really loved the series of lily and her friends she met along her journey in an English village. As an American girl in a small out of the way town she fell in love with, she writes cozy type mystery books and solves some not so cozy type real life mysteries the books are a delight to read!!!

Obviously written by an American. Maybe a little more investigation into country/village life should have been carried out. A Police Constable is not in charge of other officers, they are in fact, the lowest in the British Police force. Villages rarely if ever have 'Mayors' & we definitely do not have a 'City Hall'. Some of us just manage to have a 'Village or Parish Hall'. The more I read, the more I was disappointed by the lack of investigation & knowledge of the British way of life.
