The Notary is a neo-noir fictional series in present-day San Francisco, dark in lighting with dystopian story arcs. The Notary is the story of a conspiracy theorist skeptic who learns the theories are true while working as a Notary Public, garnered by documents signed in blood by his power-hungry elite Tristate clients in San Francisco.
We meet Geo Sarro at a low point in his secular life; he loses his job in the crash of 2008, finds his wife cheating, and leaves suburbia for San Francisco for a new start. Geo is drugged and mugged in San Francisco's Chinatown and found in an alley by Li Mi Chen, an ancient Win Chung Warrior, who brings Geo to his Dojo to recover. Under Li Mi Chen's mentorship, Geo turns his life around. Geo becomes a Notary Public and successful crypto investor. He forms a bond with Li, realizing they met for a reason.
Working as a Notary, Geo uncovers grand Luciferian plans of, insidious minority nonprofits, corporations, corrupt politicians’ governmental agencies, local police, secret societies and the Tristate using dubious Marxist and socialist tactics to advance WW3 within in San Francisco and the world.

Also presented in shadowy cinematographic style, twin billionaire brothers are building ASI humanoid units in their lab, to execute their plan to take over the world using red mercury nukes to wipe out this civilization and kidnap Geo's daughter as hostage. Like all other lost and hidden Tartarian civilizations in the past, we learn this is Lucifer's sole reason for existing. Geo is instrumental in evading the destruction of the world through the assistance of Li's Warriors and his own ingenuity. On His quest for answers, Geo finds faith in God in discovering an underground hidden ancient Tartarian Dome in Chinatown where a demon by the name of Myriad is working on behest of Lucifer. Myriad controls the leading evil head of the Tristate pyramidal power structure, “Ors”, the most powerful man in the world, and the billionaire twins Cas and Lux through blood contracts which need to be notarized to have validity to prove to the archangel Zad and omnipotent Endless.

Myriad, Ors, The twins and the entire pyramidal power structure are running against time to induce and move into The Great Reset, The Great Awakening, The New World Order, and Age of Aquarius, if they can get one final blood contract notarised.
