    Wonderfully written historical romance, understated but intense at the same time. I have read dozens of historical romances and this is the best written of all.

    Well built characters whose love for each other is visualized for the reader in the most touching, poignant and passionate way possible.

    A must read for all fans of the genre.

    I loved this book. The two leading characters were strong and knew what they wanted. I really cared what happened to them.

    The love between these two people was evident in the way this story was told - it was a beautiful story and very well written.

    Although it is a short story I did not feel as if anything was missing. A rich story with a very good ending.

    Highly recommended - read it, you will enjoy it!
