- Reviewed in the United States on January 31, 2025I picked this up out of curiosity, expecting something one-sided, but honestly, it had some solid points about relationships, attraction, and communication. While the tone can be blunt, at its core, the book pushes for self-improvement, confidence, and understanding what makes a relationship thrive—not just physically, but emotionally too.
It’s not for everyone, but if you’re looking for a direct, no-BS take on fixing intimacy issues, there are some useful takeaways here. Just take it with a grain of salt and remember—relationships are a two-way street!
- Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2025It straight up tells you to stop whining and get your act together, the communication chapter is useful, but the constant masculine presence talk is exhausting tho, like we’re all robots running on alpha juice.. kinda repeats itself so much you could skip half of it and not miss anything, but some dudes probably need that level of hammering
- Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2025So I love this book. Gets down into the nitty-gritty of what actually works. I follow Paul and over the last year his advice (which is all in the book) works incredibly well. He teaches you to work on yourself, because that's all you can do. This is one of my favorite books to date. I will continually re-read this work of art.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2025This book is aimed at helping men fix struggling intimate relationships. The author, Paul Bauer, gives advice from what's known as a "Red Pill" viewpoint, which takes a traditional view of gender roles.
Bauer’s main message is that men should work on themselves first - getting in shape, building confidence, and improving their lives. The author is very direct in his writing style and doesn't hold back his opinions. He gives specific steps for rebuilding attraction and improving communication with your partner.
The book has some useful tips about self-improvement and creating better relationships. The author knows it’s an extreme stance that many readers might disagree with. I’m a female, so I’m writing this with a gender bias, and I find his approach refreshing. If you don't mind the controversial approach, you will find helpful advice here. Bauer offers valuable insights into self-improvement and rekindling attraction.
His book’s primary focus is on self-improvement, advocating for readers to take responsibility for their personal growth, physical health, and emotional confidence. Bauer’s writing is direct and unapologetic, often pulling no punches when calling out behaviors he perceives as unattractive or counterproductive. This no-nonsense approach might resonate with readers who prefer blunt advice over sugarcoated guidance.
One strength of the book lies in its emphasis on actionable steps, including building self-esteem, fostering attraction, and addressing deeper emotional and psychological barriers that might contribute to intimacy issues. Bauer also highlights the importance of clear communication and boundary-setting, which are key components of any healthy relationship.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2025Get Her To F*ck You Again is such a great title, it drew me in. The author offers some sage advice about manning up that makes it worth a read, but wow, is it repetitive. You can skim through most of it and get the gist. I agree with most of his assertions and disagree with a few. It depends on what kind of relationship you want. The book's title, though, is fantastic.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2025"Get Her to **** You Again" holds a very catchy title for one who is trying to rekindle interest in their marriage. However, the subject matter is more geared to encouraging men to fall into a more masculine role within their relationship and advising that women find men that embrace their masculinity more attractive. A worthy subject matter indeed. There was some redundancy in verbiage that made me skim some pages. Overall, some good advice for winning back some attraction in your relationship.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 14, 2025What I liked about this book is the straightforward approach to finding the root cause of a man's ability to reclaim the intimacy in his marriage. A practical step-by-step guide that is easy to understand and well written. Some of the topics covered are leadership roles and how they affect marriage, how to improve communication, the core of decision making, and the question, is she worth it? This is about as good a book as it can be. Hits the point directly and honestly. If your relationship is at this stage, buy a copy and start working on it. Well done and highly recommended.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2025"Get Her To F*ck You Again: A Red Pill Guide To Fix A Dead Bedroom" is a game-changer for anyone looking to reignite the passion and intimacy in their relationship. The author dives deep into the psychology of attraction, offering practical advice that goes beyond the surface-level tips often found in similar books. With a no-nonsense, straightforward approach, the book addresses the real reasons why many relationships hit a standstill in the bedroom, and provides actionable strategies to rekindle that spark.
What I appreciate most is how the book empowers men to take responsibility for their own actions and to make changes that lead to a healthier and more fulfilling relationship. It’s not about tricks or manipulation, but about understanding your partner’s needs and becoming the best version of yourself in the process.
The insights are well-researched and the advice is clear and easy to implement. Whether you're dealing with intimacy issues or just want to enhance your connection, this book is an invaluable resource. Highly recommended for anyone looking to take control of their love life and make positive, lasting changes!

4.0 out of 5 stars Unique
This book is unique to put it simply. I also have to say that I am probably not the right crowd for the book as I am a woman. That said what I think about the book as a woman:
- some things the author talks about are valid for both genders. Rather you're a man or a woman you are more attractive when you are engaged with your own life and are authentic and do things you love. So not sacrificing yourself for a relationship is the best thing you can do for your partner. My husband isore attractive when he does things he love.
- the bedroom gets cold for multiple reasons and it isn't necessary just because of becoming a beta male. For example, women go through menopause and the 10 years before menopause we go through perimenopause that affect our libido, mood, health, sleep, etc. all this affects the wanting to have sex.
- as a woman we test man not just unconsciously but also consciously. It is not malicious but it is necessary. That said we have to be aware not to let the test machine run wild, as it can be a drama seeker. I do it consciously and joke about it with my husband when I do it.
- as a woman one thing that hits our attraction is man acting like teenage boys. So it is important for man to stay centered in themselves and act like man and not children. Mothering your partner isn't fun or attractive at all.
- the book is well structured with a clear plan. I read it to suggest it to my husband so I don't know how effective it is.
Overall it is a good read and hopefully it'll help you centre in our true self and enjoy life independently of your partner.

4.0 out of 5 stars Clear steps to regaining masculinity
This book is straightforward and delivers clear, actionable guidance for men to reignite attraction and address issues in a struggling relationship. The principles are solid and well-explained, making it clear to understand how to restore masculine energy and polarity. While the advice is practical and effective, there are nuances in individual relationships and circumstances that can’t be fully addressed in a single book. Still, it’s a helpful resource for men looking to take responsibility and improve their relationship dynamic. A worthwhile read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Thought Provoking
In my past relationships they faced challenges especially against basic principles men need to be men. One wanted a life for me to quit work and rely on government benefits which leads towards failure. Then the next and mother of my son was a life of delegation where nothing was right and irrational expectations also lead towards failure. My marriage of 8 years to my wife is the best towards a life of problem solving where we find resolutions and solutions to ongoing challenges. Then with a happier life we have more time to live a life of wealth with an abundance where we do realise this world has gone too crazy especially when it comes to demasculating men. All said, this book has many sections to be thought provoking and it is wonderful to see and I hope this book helps more relationships or even for some divorces to choose a life of happiness.

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting
An interesting read. The advice is well articulated. Some of the advice seems practical, but as with everything not all of it will suit everyone.
