What a disappointment. For the $$ you’d think you’d get a quality product. It came uncharged so we tried to charge it - the instructions say it should charge in 2-3 hours. We had it plugged in for 7 hours and still wouldn’t turn on. The instruction manual is a joke and the translation doesn’t even make sense. Don’t buy this.

if i could rate this a zero i could, we charged it for 2 hours, it was still dead, left it for another 3 hours, was still dead, We went to a Christmas party for 5 hours, when we came back, yup you guessed it, it was still dead. we had to send back for refund that same Christmas day. And were not getting a refund till the 30th, which is after winter break. Thanks alot my Christmas is officialy ruined.

When open it literally wasn’t even close to what the picture was it gave more of a orange gold when it first came out i thought it was orange. Over all it’s a good hoverboard but be more specific on the color.
