    I had high hopes for this phone, from friends and unbox therapy but when I turned it on it the display is broken. Not sure what to say maybe this is one in million things but can't give it a high review if I can't even use it.Update kinda late update but: Got a new one really good phone with no random built in app, really great phone.

    I received the OnePlus 5 within 2 days of my order being processed, on a Sunday! It fits Nano SIM and has two slots, works in North America. The box was open and had dirty marks on it, presumably from the installation of the screen shield. Other then a screen protector being installed there was no after market additions to the package. I am happy with the OnePlus and this retailer. I would recommend that they included in the description that the screen will be installed for the consumer to avoid confusion with the open box. Otherwise wonderful phone.

    So I bought this phone weary but it actually is great and I got it for 485 off a review site with a code so couldn't say better with the new update this phone beats iPhone 7s and that samsung s8 I think not only the 20mg pix is amazing but has awesome filters and enhancers they don't describe in the original reviews. Love the phone I wish I had bought the 120g but either way I downloaded a ton of apps and have 45 of the 52 on the phone. If you want a hell of a deal get this phone! You will love it! Btw I had a iphone and a galxay and a note this is by far top phone this far I hope this company produces another phone!

    Good phone so far (purchased in late summer 2017) for the price, though after reading up on OnePlus' history and learning that they actually introduced a price bump with this model -- the 5 -- I'm not sure that I'll jump at the chance to buy a future model, since it's just that: a good phone (not incredible). The camera's only OK by today's standards, while the battery life is a step up from my last phone (iPhone 6). OnePlus' proprietary fast-charge is nice element that I appreciate, although the cable is ridiculously short.

    update: the description says "5.5 inch" but the packaging shows "5.2 inch" a big difference and yet Amazon would not refund.
    For Veriozon, the Access Point Names can't be updated to use the data plan, which should not happen as these are supposed to be unlocked yet I could not update the APN to use it. Buyer be aware. As you can see from enclosed pic, there is no + to add APN

    I LOVE OnePlus. Love all they do. I'm not sure if this is OnePlus' fault or not but I did not get the phone I asked for. Still a great phone but my wife wanted the OnePlus 5 and instead we got the OnePlus 5T(Which I myself already have and love.) She specifically wanted it because it still has a physical home button. This is advertised as the OnePlus 5. Now asking for a phone and getting an upgrade isn't necessarily a bad thing but specifically this was kind of upsetting. The phone itself works perfectly.
